Frequently Asked Questions

Here's a list of FAQ that are most commonly asked when looking into booking a tarot card reading. Please review them carefully before booking a reading, so you know what to expect with your purchased reading.

What if I want a reading but not sure what to ask?

Check out the general reading option. It's available in both 15 minute and 30 minute options. It's a great way to check in with your energy and see what messages come through, especially if you don't have specific questions to ask.

How can you do readings online and be accurate at all?

You usually can't see energy, but it's everywhere, and can be felt! It doesn't have physical boundaries at all, and lasts forever. I use help from my spirit guides to tune into your energy using your name, and any questions you may ask when purchasing your reading.

How long after I purchase my reading will it be done?

I strive to have all readings done within 48 hours of purchase, although life does happen! If I have had a bad day and I'm not in the right head space, I would rather put your reading off for another day, to make sure I will give you the best reading I am capable of.

What happens after I purchase my tarot reading?

When you purchase your reading, you will be sent a confirmation via email from Lisa's Tarot. Make sure when you purchase the reading to add your question(s) into the "Order Special Instructions" on the CART page. Also-please make sure that your correct email address is connected to your payment method as this is where your private reading link will be sent. The private reading link is done via YouTube, and is unlisted-you are the only one who will see it!!(unless you share that link with others).

Do you offer refunds on personal readings?

Because tarot readings deal with possibilities and energy, I do not offer refunds on tarot readings. On rare occasions, I may have to offer a refund if there is a serious issue during the checkout process, or if I just refuse to do a reading because of feeling it wouldn't be in my best interest to do it for some reason.
